South of France, Corsica and Sardinia Yacht Charter

South of France, Corsica and Sardinia are some of the most popular summer yacht charter destinations and are located in Europe’s Western Mediterranean. All three of the destinations offer beautiful scenery, great weather and plenty of places to discover.

Southern France is well known for glamorous destinations and hot spots such as St Tropez, Nice, Cannes, Ville Franche, Antibes or Monaco. In addition to chic restaurants, beach clubs, cafes and luxurious boutiques, you can enjoy France’s rich history and world-renowned culture. There are a number of fantastic attractions, vineyards and pretty villages, as well as the more famous places like Roman ruins at Cathar, Aix or Arles and the magnificent castles of Avignon. Your charter itinerary can be tailored to suite your needs, incorporating the destinations you wish to visit.

Chartering a yacht in Corsica you will come across places that are wild and untamed with corners barely touched by man. This is an exceptional place for a vacation and a paradise for sailors as well as hikers. If beautiful anchorages set within a stunning backdrop of rocky coastlines is the vision for your next holiday, than Corsica might just be the right place to visit. One of the most popular and visited places in Corsica is Bonifacio, an old picturesque town with lovely old cobbled streets and spectacular views.

Sardinia yacht charter in Italy is another spectacular destination in the Mediterranean with crystal clear waters and beautiful anchorages. Sardinia represents an exciting combination of natural rugged beauty culture and history with chic ports, restaurants, designer shops and beach clubs. You’ll find that the Sardinian ports and harbours compare very well with the Mediterranean’s other chic hot spots on the French or Italian Riviera. Summers tend to attract lovely warm days and crowds of millionaires, supermodels and luxury yachts, especially to the prestigious Yacht Club Costa Smeralda at Porto Cervo, near Olbia. Other places to visit include Costa Smeralda (Emerald Coast), Porto Rotondo, Portisco, Santa Teresa Gallura, Stintino and Asinara, Alghero, Carloforte or Cagliari.
