A LEGACY OF ADVENTURE
The Delta 70 yacht represents a unique part of Delta history; she was originally built as one of five in a series, modeled after one of Delta’s renowned commercial fishing vessels. This yacht has been completely retrofitted at the Delta yard to meet today’s standards.
From the exterior, it is obvious the Delta 70 yacht is equipped for adventure. The large aft deck and swim platform is perfect for fishing, diving, entertaining and relaxing. While the fly bridge is perfect for fish spotting, soaking up the sun or a cocktail on a sunset cruise.
The refit included modifications to the exterior styling, new paint, the addition of a swim platform, and all new railings, hatches and doors. The result – a beautiful and impressive high-performance yacht made new, built and outfitted to the highest current standards.
AN INVITING BEAUTY
The entirely new interior, designed by the Delta Design Group, is reminiscent of classic yacht design with thoroughly modern touches. Rich mahogany floors, exquisite built-in furniture with burl veneers and wood painted overheads are just some of the high-end features that complete the interior.
Detailing includes stainless steel, leathers, textured wall covers, marble and glass tiles all adding character and warmth throughout the yacht. The Delta 70 yacht features an open floor plan perfect for entertaining — the main salon, dining salon and galley flow seamlessly together. All in all, Delta 70 offers her owners and guests a wonderfully handsome and efficient space adorned with expansive views and natural light.
POWER AND PERFORMANCE
Engineered and designed by the Delta Design Group, all equipment and systems have been removed and replaced. In evaluating the onboard systems, the engine was removed and a certified caterpillar technician scoped and serviced it. Having only 2000 hours, or 10% of its life used, the engine was found to be in excellent condition.
All other equipment was removed and replaced, as was all piping and wiring throughout the yacht. The reinstallation was done using current sound reduction techniques, resulting in a remarkably quiet yacht.
