The luxury yacht Ferretti 881 RPH, which was sold at the PIMEX International Boat Show in Phuket in 2011, is destined for cruising with its American owner to take in the pristine waters of Croatia and Montenegro, the unique history and beauty of Venice and the splendour of the southern Italian coast of the Mediterranean as well as the tropical seas of Asia, including the unsurpassed cruising grounds around Thailand, along the stunning Andaman Coast. The raised pilot house on the upper deck provides magnificent views of her surroundings, making the Ferretti 881 RPH an ideal yacht for cruising in the picturesque waters of these regions.
Lee Marine Managing Director Joshua Lee, who delivered the 27m superyacht Ferretti 881 RPH in Italy and also participated in sea trials in the Mediterranean with the owner, said the Ferretti 881 RPH has been customized to the owner’s wishes, including an adaptation for Asia’s tropical conditions. Lee Marine is the long term Thailand agent of Ferretti yachts.
“We are excited and proud to have delivered this second Ferretti yacht to the same owner. Together we have worked very closely on planning every aspect, from negotiating the purchase through to detailed customisation, to meet the owner’s wishes. Purchases like this bring together all of the many years of specialized experience Lee Marine has accumulated delivering the highest level of customer service that only a company of our experience can provide,” Mr Lee said.
Ferretti 881 RPH yachts have a maximum speed of 29 knots and cruising speed of 26 knots, with a range of up to 355 nautical miles, powered by two 2.211 horsepower MTU engines.
In addition to the upper deck containing the pilot house, the Ferretti 881 RPH yacht has several new design solutions that optimize space and brightness. The master cabin has two large, open view windows on both sides and, located in the central part of the hull, faces in the opposite direction to navigation, affording a unique view of the sea.
Externally a very large fly bridge, with a Jacuzzi, bimini top and sofas, makes it an ideal place for sharing with guests. Below, a large garage aft with an hydraulic opening, stores a jet ski. The interior features light tones, such as elm, and soft coloured materials making the salon stand out in terms of size and luminosity.
Designed by Studio Zuccon International Project and the Ferretti Group engineering division, the Ferretti 881 RPH yacht has a generous salon with leather sofas, three cabins that can accommodate six guests in maximum comfort and privacy, each with its own bathroom.
