Burger Boats has launched their newest superyacht M/Y Sycara IV which will see her debut at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show next month.

Palladium’s SiMON system is on board to protect this 151 ft. + (46m) new classic Fantail Motor Yacht, with over 400 alarmed sensor points and a controlled access security system throughout.

Two functional monitoring stations are located in the bridge and engine room along with an alarm indicator station in the crew area. SiMON is monitoring the usual engines, generators, bilges, doors while also tying into the ship’s switchboards and fire systems.

Palladium creates advanced control and monitoring solutions for the world’s superyachts and their flagship product, SiMON, uses integrated monitoring control capabilities combining rich user graphics and ease of use.

Mike Blake, president of Palladium divulged, “Without disclosing confidential details of our security system, we can safely say that this vessel is well protected against intruders by SiMON. We have been successful at blending high-technology and elegance without being conspicuous on this classic design.”

It’s no coincidence that Palladium Technologies technicians vie for the opportunity to commission the SiMON systems at Burger Boat Company.
