Kestrel 106, a new sailing yacht by Kestrel superyacht is a unique yacht that combines pace with luxury and grace for an absolute cruising experience in the blue world. This performance sailing yacht not only has an exceptional on board lifestyle but also provides a peculiar external styling done by the famous Ron Holland Design, who has also done the yacht’s naval architecture. The yacht is presently under construction in Turkey and a released date in late 2010. At the moment the vessel is priced at €7.5million. The aluminum hull of the yacht already been made and Watkins Superyachts is currently working in conjunction with Kestrel Superyachts for advising on ownership and charter options to assist in vessel management.

The 106 feet ketch gets the required propulsion using its 519m2 of sail area which is complimented by a highly efficient hull and keel shape below the waterline. The sailing yacht perfectly combines fast and stable sailing capabilities along with a superstructure and deck area, designed for a leisurely on board lifestyle. The yacht’s ‘convertible cockpit’ provides an adaptable space for relaxing or dining along with enjoying the best of nature both while sailing and on anchorage.

Kestrel 106 features a spacious full beam master cabin, a large double ‘VIP’ cabin and two further generous cabins in its below decks. The two generous cabins includes an additional pullman berth with a capacity to accommodate eight to ten guests and four crew members on board in significant space and comfort.
