Perini Navi has recently signed a contract for the sale of the 73.3 m long Vitruvius Explorer, designed by the famous Phillip Briand. The 73.3 meter long superyacht project will be the latest installment in the Perini Navi Group’s Vitruvius line of motor yachts designed by Phillipe Briand.

The Explorer has an overall length of 73.3m with a beam of 13.3m and a 4m draft. It has a gross tonnage of 1780 tones and a range of 7500 nautical miles at 12 knots. The superyacht will also be built to Lloyd’s 100 AI SSC, Yacht, Mono G6 LMC UMS- and MCA Certification of Compliance with The Large Yacht Code, 2nd edition.

Moreover, the special design of the yacht will reduce drag and thus increase the efficiency by consuming less fuel. The yacht will also accommodate a state-of-the-art waste treatment plant, making the yacht more eco-friendly. The special diesel electric propulsion system also reduces the noise levels. The yacht also features a spa and hydro-therapy zones, along with meditation and yoga areas. Some other special areas of the yacht include private reading places, a pottery room with a kiln and a fully furnished gym.
