With a multitude of marine recruitment agencies entering the industry there is now several options and methods for employers to source new crew.

An online presence is essential as this is were the search begins for most crew seeking a new employment.

Job boards, classifieds and news articles are now common ways to attract the attention of job seekers however how many of these advertisements are genuine? A recruitment agency can provide a more personal service but this comes at a cost.
