The 70m SABDES motor yacht design is a radical Superyacht that has no qualms about making a presence the world over. Her hull is seen here in British Racing Green (and also looks awesome in Rosso Corso), she has speeds of 30+ knots, and accomodation for 12 guests.
Special characteristics of the SABDES 70m luxury motor yacht design are; a large forward entertainment deck, vast glass areas, and the absence of radar masts. Other features include stowage for a 3-person mini-submarine, a ‘touch and go’ helicopter landing pad, lap and spa pools, scuba diving facilities, a ‘float-in-dock’ for the guest tender, and an observation deck and sea-level gymnasium.
SABDES 70
Her distinctive sheer line frames expansive sweeping hull windows, and a large low window extending along the aft quarter of the hull. Windows set low near the water, are not normally seen in yacht design; in order to meet classification rules, the hull has large inward opening doors set behind the windows – when opened it effectively opens the area into a sea-level ‘club’.
The 70m is an update to our earlier ‘Sleek Princess’ (SP70) design seen below, sharing similar characteristics.
