In Vienna (Austria), I studied Economics and Business Administration, later Marketing, Advertisement and Sales and founded my own Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising company which I lead for about five years.
Within the past years, I have been working on American, British and German luxury cruise ships and can look on extensive sales, hotel and guest service experience.
I was responsible for the operational and financial conduct of the Shore Excursions- as well as of the Future Cruise-Sales Departments – which made me in charge of revenue and targets, in addition to related sales activities.
I oversaw all events connected to those two departments, organized sales activities & meetings and held sales presentations.
Onboard, I have overseen a team of 10+ crew and staff from several different nationalities and have been responsible for their training and career development (Disney University).
The cooperation with travel agencies, hotels, guests & tour operators around the world belonged to the daily routine as well as excellent client-guest service and mentoring-supporting team members.
After a time of taking care of family business, I am ready to continue work on yacht / cruise ships in a permanent position.
