In a recent announcement, one of the most prestigious yacht companies, Sunreef Yachts announced their plan of presenting their yachts at this year’s edition of the Monaco Yacht Show 2009. This would be the 6th consecutive year at the Monaco Yacht Show for the yacht builders. After all, if it’s Sunreef, there is no need for an extra effort to make the presence felt.
The company plans to use this occasion to unveil its new super catamaran project – the Sunreef 92 Double Deck. It will also be providing updated reports on the progress of its under-construction yachts, Sunreef 102 Double Deck and the Sunreef 114. This is for the first time that the company is displaying it yachts for a close look at any yacht show.
The 70 Sunreef Power Damrak, which was launched in June 2009, will be the first Sunreef yacht that will be available for viewing.
The super powered Damrak is a custom-made catamaran with 5-luxurious cabins, having a capacity of 8 – 12 guests. The yacht comprises of a master cabin and two queen cabins. The full-beam master cabin provides an impressive 180-degree view through its bow-facing windows. Moreover the cabin also includes a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower and an exquisite dressing room. The generous-sized 2 queen cabins and the convertible twin cabin are all provided with en-suite bathrooms.
The extremely spacious yachts’ salon is attached to a galley and is equipped with high-end Bose home cinema and 40′ plasma screen. The large dining table at the center provides a perfect place for entertaining guests and arranging parties or occasional gatherings. The yacht also features an enormous full-beam fly bridge covered by a bimini and includes a Jacuzzi flanked with sun beds, bar and a large dining table. The yacht’s interiors are a perfect blend of modern design and traditional elegance with clean style. The veneer furniture and light-beige upholstery makes the interior subtle yet attractive. The yacht also features numerous port lights and hatches through out its structure which makes the yacht lucid as well as well-ventilated.
For recreation, the yacht provides a jet tender with 125 hp engine, 2 Sea bob underwater scooters and full diving equipment. Damrak is available in the West Mediterranean this summer and in the Caribbean this winter season through Sunreef Yachts Charter.
