According to reports, a new entry to the portfolio of the Turkish shipyard Sunrise Yachts is the 61m motor yacht. The famous designer Espen Oeino will be at the helm of styling this super yacht, which will follow the Bureau Veritas and MCA standards.

This 61m motor yacht will be built to accommodate 12 guests in six staterooms along with a crew of 16 people. The motor yacht is expected to be introduced in 2013 end. Sunrise Yachts have signed this agreement with a European client who was introduced by Simon Goldsworthy from the London office of Camper & Nicholson International.

Previously, Sunrise Yachts have also been in the news for their 45m M/Y Africa. M/Y Africa featuring unique interior designs from Franck Darnet and naval architecture from Paolo Scanu was the first superyacht of the company released in 2009.

However, it was the latest Sunrise 47m design and other large designs (currently underway) that strengthened the relation between the company and Espen Oeino. This celebrated designer has also gained wide acclamation for superyachts M/Y Northern Star, M/Y Candyscape II and M/Y Arkley at the World Superyacht Awards 2010.

Espen stated that it was indeed great to have been working with Sunrise Yachts and their talented team of professionals for developing some more exclusive crafts and designs especially of this size.

On the other hand, Sunrise Yachts believe that it was exhilarating to have Espen in their team during the Monaco Yacht Show. They believe Espen to be an excellent designer whose designs have not only received many accolades but brought innovation to the yacht industry. Their union is a strong indication towards the goals, dedication and excellence would get translated into the crafts.
