The Lurssen Yachts have been extremely delighted this year with their 60m craft Arkley winning the prestigious Motor Yacht of the Year Award at the World Superyacht Awards 2010. According to the judges at the event, which was held at London’s Guildhall, 60m Arkley deserved the award because of it being a long range cruising yacht and offering powerful design, high performance and all exclusive amenities.
Styled by the celebrated designer – Espen Oeino, M/Y Arkley is available for charter exclusively through Imperial Yachts this summer. This Monaco-based company was also actively involved in the construction and interior designing of this motor yacht as they were the Project Managers for the owner.
While the exteriors were styled by Espen Oeino, the interiors of this stunning 60m Arkley were the responsibility of Mark Berryman. This 60m vessel introduced in 2009 is equipped with almost every entertainment facility including an integrated TV/AV system and thousands of films.
M/Y Arkley flaunts spacious deck areas consisting of a variety of toys and tender such as jet skis, two SeaBob water scooters, a Laser sailing boat and two custom-built 7.5m tenders. Moreover, it also has also been certified by PADO diving school and carries two diving instructors onboard.

Moreover, a professional crew of 14 members is also available on the yacht. Each stateroom is structured to have individual Blue Ray/DVD/CD player; iPod dock and HD TV connectivity. In fact, making it an ultimate charter yacht are the other facilities such as a sun bed that can be transformed into a stage and a fully-equipped gym with Life fitness treadmill and Concept II rowing machine.
