The 30m 1987 Denison motor yacht LYS D’O sank off Chubb Bay in the Bahamas about 10 days ago according to Pantaenius and Synfo’s Tork Buckley. The superyacht was underway when water entered the engine room from and unknown entry point and the investigation as to the exact cause of the sinking continues.

It’s never good to hear about a superyacht sinking and its fortunate that all crew and persons escaped the yacht without major incident or harm.
