Lord Norman Foster has successfully introduced his second 41m superyacht on 13th of March by the name of Ocean Pearl. Yacht Plus was established in 2005 by a group of very successful financial investors and entrepreneurs. In the business of fractional ownership, it is the leading company to allow the buyers to have an entire fleet at their disposal for a fraction of the cost of purchasing their own yacht. The former yacht named Ocean Emerald was of the Yacht Plus Fractional Ownership scheme.

Lord Norman Foster who has always focused on the excellence, space and light has designed all his yachts to have four decks, five suites that can accommodate up to twelve guests in one trip and, house seven skilled and knowledgeable crew members. These exceptionally designed yachts have opened various options for everyone in the industry who wish to own such boats.
Ocean Pearl is built to have a spectacular grey superstructure that stretches from the bow to the stern with exclusively designed state-of-the-art interiors. Lord Norman Foster has previously worked on the Beijing Airport too which is touted to be the biggest single building on the planet and ‘the Gherkin’.

Running parallel with its identical sister yacht – Ocean Emerald, the superyacht has glided in waters of the elegant Carrara, Italy. Ocean Pearl will now be able to cruise on the sea water exclusively thirty days a year over an eight year investment to sail between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

The plan offered to the first time buyers allows them to obtain a 1/8th share in each of the four identical yachts, at a buy-in fee of €1,850,000. By offering this ownership scheme, Yacht Plus believes in providing the buyers with ‘the logical and financially astute way of possessing high-end luxury products’. This scheme lets the users enjoy a comfortable and elite lifestyle at a fraction of the investment of the single ownership while giving them a chance to sell the yacht for 50% post the buy-in period is over.
