The second week of February, precisely 11th to 15th 2010, will mark the launch and display of new LED Series Marine Display System by VEI technologies at the Miami International Boat Show. The system will be placed at booth 1622 in the Electronics Room. This latest from VEI Technologies is not only brighter and sharper but also generates less heat compared to the standard marine monitors. A sound player in the market of marine displays and computer systems, VEI technologies has got all eyes from the world of marine display design attracted to this latest advanced system.

According to COO of VEI Technologies of Boca Raton – Mike Bader, the company has managed to take the tried-and-true marine display technology to a completely new level with this move. This system offers unique performance and durability of their team of boaters and captains. Already installed on few of the exclusive newly built megayachts across the world, it includes a wide range of benefits to its clients. Moreover, it consists of a separate LCD control unit operating all menu functions and gives input choices for up to six screens at the helm. Four VGA, one DVI and four composite are the inputs provided to the owners. Available in four levels of brightness, the product is scratch proof and features anti-glare glass too. This innovative system has no bezels – making it an all glass structure. It offers an optional touch screen and the convenience of six installation types with one monitor, including sealed, vented yoke, ram and flat mount or custom bezel.

The VEI Marine Display Systems can be modified to any helm look as per the instructions of the clients. The bezel is available in a varied range of colors with the choice of wood grain or carbon fiber too. A very unique feature for the OEMs, refit yards and yacht designers, the company also offers no bezel no cost option. Highly durable and resistant to the marine conditions, they can withstand long periods of vibration, moisture and exposure to salt water – a regular feature of extended offshore cruising. The product can also be easily mounted and serviced with four small screws making the installation quick and accessibility from the rear of the monitor.
