Mega yacht AL MIRQAB is seen here underway off the French Riviera. There is not actually a huge amount known about M/Y AL MIRQAB.
The yacht’s exterior was designed by Tim Heywood and her interior design is by Andrew Winch and she won the 2009 motor yacht of the year at the world superyacht awards in London – see below.
Andrew Winch Designs also won for yacht AL MIRQAB the best interior design for the “sheer scale, scope, practicality and luxury of the interior created by Andrew Winch Designs for Al Mirqab created a consensus that no other yacht could challenge”.
Tim Heywood for AL MIRQAB also won a comendation for exterior motor yacht design.
M/Y AL MIRQAB was built for for Middle Eastern Royalty and the yacht is a successor to their 95 meter Oceanco luxury yacht.
