The MYBA St Maarten Charter Show begins today. Around 30 superyachts will be in display at the Port de Plaisance from the 4th-7th December. Amongst the yachts are 67m motor yacht ‘Allure’, captained by Kostas Andreou and Fraser Yachts’ motor yacht ‘Dream’. Also on display is motor yacht ‘Trident’, a Feadship of 65metres that recently featured in Power and Motoryacht’s 100 largest yachts of 2009. At the end of this article is a comprehensive list of all the superyachts that are available to charter at the 2009 St Maarten Show.
Yachting Pages and the Superyacht Owners Guide (SYOG) will be distributed to all the superyachts and exhibitors. All attendees and captains will receive their complimentary copies of Yachting Pages USA, Americas and Caribbean in the brochure bags handed out at the entrance.
There are various events throughout the show, including the annual ‘Concours de Chefs’. This year chefs are invited to cook a two-course meal to the theme of a West Indian Barbeque.
