Yachting-Which welfare rights for the crews employed on board vessels.

Pursuant to EU regulations a French or a foreign crew member employed on board a vessel flying a foreign flag is entitled, subject to certain conditions, to invoke the protection of the French Labour Code especially in case of dismissal without actual and /or reasonnable cause.
